Coaching Program Puts New Agents on Path to Success

New sales associates often need a little extra advice or encouragement to get their business going. With this in mind, Metro Brokers created an in-house coaching program to help sales associates who are in the Fast Track program.

The coaching program offers business planning through one-on-one meetings, emails, phone calls and roundtable discussions assisting sales associates with prospecting skills, time management, work-life balance and personal motivation.

Past participants in the coaching program have credited the program with doubling their business and putting them on the path to a successful career in real estate.

Metro Brokers’ Coaching Program offers sales associates free coaching that costs thousands of dollars or is unavailable at most companies.

Coaching is available to associates who are in the Fast Track program.
