I'm a licensed realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers and I love every minute of it. I graduated with a BBA in accounting/finance. I tried out the auditing world for a little while with Ernst & Young. Then, I turned to financial analysis. I was a financial analyst for several years with Cingular Wireless and World Airways. Although I was good at what I did, I didn’t love it. That’s when I found my niche in the real estate market. Being a realtor allows me to do what I love while using my accounting/finance background to give my clients the best advice and scenarios possible. Real estate is mainly about marketing and timing. However, I assure you, finance plays a huge part. My clients benefit from my finance knowledge as well as my unique marketing ideas and my commitment to my work.
I completed my pre-license and post license real estate training at Metro Brokers' Real Estate Academy. I feel that continuing education is very important. There are always changes in the real estate industry....especially in the market conditions. Therefore, I go above and beyond when it comes to continuing education. I take more than the required continuing education credits. For example, I graduated from the Metro Brokers MBA program and the PHD program.
