Coaching Program Puts New Agents on Path to Success

Coaching has been proven to increase performance levels by 20% or more - while increasing your personal lifestyle! 

New sales associates often need a little extra advice or encouragement to get their business going. With this in mind, Metro Brokers created an in-house coaching program to help sales associates.

The coaching program offers business planning through one-on-one meetings, emails, phone calls and roundtable discussions assisting sales associates with prospecting skills, time management, work-life balance and personal motivation.
