PHD (PARTNERS HELPING DEVELOP GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES)
This action-oriented coaching and accountability program is guaranteed to take your business to the next level. Primarily designed for experienced agents, the course teaches participants how to generate new business through rigorous prospecting exercises. Participants are assigned partners and mentors. The program requires participants to meet for half-day sessions over six weeks. Saturday and Friday  classes are available. Graduates receive the coveted PHD designation.
