I decided to join Metro Brokers to be with a larger company with great name recognition.  I like the fact that the corporate headquarters is here in Atlanta.  Everything here at Metro Brokers is geared to make better, more successful, agents: from the educational opportunities, to the cutting edge techology at our disposal. I am so excited to be a part of this great company. I have had the good fortune to have worked with Carol Weathers.  She always displays a very polished and professional persona in her business dealings.  She helped me transition very smoothly to a new company answering all my quesstions promptly and correctly.  Her continued follow up with information has been extremely helpful as well.  Working with a person of character and great professionalism like Carol Weathers gave me the confidence to make the move to a new company. 

I initially came to Metro Brokers because I wanted to be with a large company again. After having a chance to attend orientation and view the company from the inside, I was amazed at the opportunities available to all agents, seasoned and new.  The leadership of this company has a clear vision for agents, their futures, and the future of the company.  This leadership team is well organized and actually implements change based on the input from agents.  I am thrilled to be part of this vibrant, energy-filled company.
