Carol was a pleasure to work with. She initially contacted me back in December and I asked her to call me in the Spring, which she did. She asked me to come in and take a look at Metro Brokers/GMAC and make a deccision from there.  I was very pleased with the setup of the corporate office.  All the people that Carol introduced me to were very friendly and offering of any help or getting answers to questions that I may have had.  Carol took me on a tour of the whole operation  from the in house sign shop to broker support, showed me where all the different branches were and fielded questions that I had.  The level of professionalism that I saw within corporate was enough to win me over.  I had more questions after our meeting and Carol was very prompt to return my calls and provide me with answers to them.
