I would love to tell you about our experience with Carolyn! After Katrina hit New Orleans,my husband wanted to try to get a cabin in GA or TN as a haven from the storms we encounter in south LA. Also dreading the very hot summers here, so we were sure that a cabin would be a wonderful place to go for rest and recuperation throughout the year.
We'd made an appointment with another real estate agent to begin out search for a cabin in Ellijay, GA. This agent had to change her plans so Carolyn had to step in to show us the many cabins available . We spent many hours with Carolyn that day and the next. She willingly gave up her weekend to show us everything that was available.
Carolyn became a friend rather than a business associate that weekend. She tried to get to know more about us and through the day, we came to love her. She worked hard, and didn't waste our time showing us something that she knew that wasn't what we wanted. In fact, we began to think of moving to GA per
