That said, we have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first and continuing to serve them after the purchase or sale closes. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. Our goal is to develop relationships with our clients that last a lifetime, i.e. our Clients For Life! tagline.
This approach requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. Technology is a big part of our marketing program, however, there is not substitute for face-to-face interaction with our clients. Our goal is to have our clients so thrilled with our service that during our transaction together, they refer us to one or two other friends or family that may be in a position to use our services in the next six months or so.
