PT-50R Taxpayer's Return of Real Property
Use this form to request a review of your current property tax assessed value.  Most metro Atlanta counties require that this be returned to either the Tax Assessor or Tax Commissioners office in your county where the property is located by March 1st (April 1st in some counties).  This return is not an appeal.  If your value is not accepted, you will be provided a value your county is proposing and will have a chance to appeal the proposal if desired.
