The  reason  why  I  consider  myself  fortunate  to  have  Dwayne  Rouse for   my  real  estate  agent: I  relocated  from  Illinois  to Georgia  July  2005.  With  not  a  lot  of  time  to  house  hunt, because  I was  out  of  state,  I  explained  my  situation  to  Dwayne and  he  initiated  proposals  to  get  the process  from  begining  to end  consummated.    He  suggested  to  get  pre-qualified  to  see  what price range  I could afford and  other  things  I  would  want  to consider  such  as  proximity  to  occupation, schools,  shopping, entertainment,   etc.  With  all  this  information,  he  began  the search  and  when  I arrived  in  Georgia  from  Illinois, it  took  us two  days  to  find  the  house  I  currently  reside  in.
