Most agents do little more than show the properties and prepare the paperwork, and there is little value (outside of MLS) for using the service these days with FSBO, Internet, and interest groups. After 3 months listing my home with another major realtor in Atlanta, and being disappointed with the unproductive results, an acquaintance recommended Ginny Creekmore.
