Linda created a multi-prong plan that emphasized a "team" approach to selling my house in the time frame I desired and at the best possible price.  In our initial meetings, Linda was also very upfront that it would be very difficult to sell the house at a good price if I did not fully participate in the staging process.  After taking inventory of my house, both in terms of what I owned that would be good for staging and in the repairs that I would need to make to help maximize the sales price of my house, she carefully explained what was needed from me, how that would allow her to begin staging, and what repairs were needed.  Linda then put me in touch with a skilled handyman who was able to complete most of the needed repairs at a very reasonable price.  I was so impressed with Linda's ability to stage my house for sale that I asked her to stage my next home, not for selling, but for living.  I highly recommend Linda.  She is a skilled professional who works very hard for her clients.

I would like to commend this real estate professional.  Within two and one half weeks Linda staged our house, took pictures, placed our house on the internet, had a contract and a potential backup offer.  All details were handled and she made it a pleasant experience for us, the owners.  We would (and have) recommend her to our friends.
