A few miles from the tri-state corner of Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia, Blue Ridge is centrally located to an amazing range of outdoor activities. There is hiking, mountain biking, RAFTING, sailing, FLY FISHING
and HORSE BACK RIDING offered in a wide variety of terrains and levels of excitement.

is a 3,290-acre lake, providing over 100 miles of mostly public shoreline. The surrounding area has over 90 National Forest Campsites, several boat ramps, a full service marina and public swimming and picnic areas. Over 50% of Fannin County is made up of the Cohutta Wilderness, the largest National Forest Wilderness in the southeast. The annual Blue Ridge Adventure Race held every April is the largest triathlon event of this type in the region. The 2004 race hosted 83, 4-member teams in a grueling mountain bike, canoe and running competition.
For the less energetic, Blue Ridge offers an incredible number of vacation rental cabins for those more interested in rocking on the porch, reading in front of the fire or just counting fire flies in the early evening mist.
