Just writing to let you know that we received our payment letter from BOA yesterday and everything seems to be correct.  We really appreciate all your help.  Its great to do business with someone that really cares and looks after his clients, we tried working with four different agents before finding you on the Metro Brokers website.  If we ever hear anyone looking or selling a home, they will be coming your way.
