If you are renting, or have not had a home as a primary residence in the last three years, now is the time to buy. There are multiple incentives out there for first time homebuyers--which is considered someone who has not owned in the last three years. So, this means if you had a foreclosure that was cleared in 2006, you might be eligible to buy this year as a "first time homebuyer".
