Tax Credit Info link will take you to information about the $8,000 tax credit enacted by Congress. It does not have to be repaid. If you close on a home between January 1st, 2009 and December 1st, 2009, you will be eligible for a tax refund of $8,000. Income limitations do apply. 75k for a single person, 150k filing joint. Must not have owned a home in the previous 3 years. Please contact me for more information.
