Sande has single handilly made purchasing a home a pleasurable experience. Determining the needs of a buyer is very difficult but you handled this process with great patience.  You went out of your way to be accomodating and showed  several homes that we had selected, until that day when we found the perfect cabin for us. On very short notice, Sande Peterson, made herself available to us, presenting a variety of homes thoughout the Blairsville area.  She instinctively knew what we were looking for and we had set though outside perimeters  showed us the home we wanted.  She then actively pursued a compromise with the owner, contacting us after we had left the area. Then, upon our return, she facilitated the contract process.  Thanks to Sande we are now permanent residents of Blairsville and I love our new home!!
